Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.

Eco-friendly tip: Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy!

Our towels Original & Mini towels, as well as our Changing Ponchos & Poncho Towels are a MicroTerry Blend Made From Post-Consumer Recycled Goods. Our Ultralight & Bandana Towels are made from a MicroSuede Blend, also made from Post-Consumer Recycled Goods. Our Festival Blanket top layer is also MicroSuede. We don't make new plastic with our products, instead taking already used plastics out of the environment to make our products.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:

- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
- Promotional and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Order # must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
- Bundle Packs must be returned as a full bundle and cannot be returned as individual items. Failure to return the bundle as a whole or returning it with incorrect items may result in a denied refund. Items will not be returned and will be donated.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and we do not supply a shipping label. You may ship your item(s) back with the carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs from the original order will not be included in your refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue a refund and the items will be donated to a good cause.

Please include your name and a copy of your order number in the return package. Nomadix is not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend retaining proof of your return shipment and insuring it so that you can file a claim in case it is lost or damaged during transit.

We design our products in the United States and produce in our own solar-powered factory in China which we visit on a regular basis to ensure standards are being met.

Our compostable bags can be placed in your compost! Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you by following here.

All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). The shipping methods listed at checkout only show the carrier's estimated transit time and does not include processing time.

Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.
